About me
I've spent 8 years in health tech at Oscar Health and then Cityblock Health, where I've designed for clinicians, care teams, and patients.
I collaborate closely with product and engineering because I know the best solution rarely comes from one person working alone. I'm drawn to products and services that improve people's health, wellbeing, or access to care.
Outside of work I'm developing an AI-driven personal project related to music, mentor design students, and get way too invested in niche board games.
Experience
My path to product design led me through customer support and insurance operations. Along the way I was already doing the work by finding bugs on support calls, writing user stories with PMs, and doing field research in doctors' offices. It all made me a better designer.
